Hot-pressing and transfer

We have numerical control transfer machines with up to 25 heads operating on three axes for the processing of hot-pressing complex pieces, as well as transfer machines for processing in large batches, of caps and fittings up to 2.5 inches.

Machining and automatic lathes

We are equipped with a fleet of single-spindle CNC lathes with sliding heads up to 38-diameter and Biglia single-spindle lathes with three turrets for extreme precision machining up to 70-diameter.

Machining on vertical machining centers

Our 5-axis CNC vertical machining centers allow us to perform drilling, milling and threading operations, but also very complex processing such as contours and eyelets.
